Consumer Disputes

In compliance with Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, consumers are hereby informed that, in the event of a consumer dispute, they may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR entity.

Consumers may choose to use one of the legally authorised Alternative Dispute Resolution entities in Portugal, as listed by the Directorate General for Consumers.

Without prejudice to recourse to judicial courts, Y Concept Apartments declares its willingness to resolve consumer disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, in accordance with applicable law.
